Leading an AGency
As part of the Senior Management Team, my role is to lead the agency in vision, values, and systems change work to support our staff, impact individuals in our community, and address poverty in our region. Major projects included a visual rebranding of our website and communication materials, uplifting a Whole Family Approach across the agency, and developed two youth-led youth centers in the Northeast Kingdom.
NEKCA is also a part of several community partner networks that collaborate to address regional and statewide impacts. Below are some examples of projects that supported these networks’ advocacy and impact efforts.
