How do we “cnh”?

In this Human-Centered Design immersion, our team of designers observed and met with Students, Faculty, Staff, and Parents of a local community school who were returning to school after the year of COVID19 lockdowns. City Neighbors Hamilton Charter School (CNH) has been known to have an incredibly positive school culture and wanted to ensure they could foster a renewed sense of community as they came back together in a new way. My small team worked directly with the Board of Trustees to support them in imagining new ways to connect virtually and outdoors.
